Tip #1
Dough Consistency: Ensure the dough is neither too sticky or too dry. This helps in easy rolling and shaping of the cinnamon rolls.
Tip #2
Even Filling Distribution: When spreading the filling, leave a small margin at the edge of the dough to help seal the roll without the filling squeezing out.
Tip #3
Prevent Overcrowding: Avoid placing too many rolls in the air fryer at once to ensure they cook evenly and expand properly.

8-Minute Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls
Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 8 minutes
Servings: 8 cinnamon rolls
Ingredients
Dough:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup yogurt (Vanilla, Greek, Coconut, or plain)
Filling:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Frosting:
1/2 cup (60g) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp (28g) butter, softened
1/2 cup (50g) powdered sugar
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. Adjust consistency with a little more flour or yogurt if needed.
Lightly flour a clean surface. Knead the dough briefly, then roll it out into a rectangular shape about 1 cm thick.
Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spread this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the short end to form a log. Slice the log into eight equal pieces using a sharp knife or dental floss for clean cuts.
Place the rolls in a circular baking pan suitable for the air fryer. Cook at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Repeat with any remaining rolls.
While the rolls cool, beat the cream cheese and butter in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until the frosting is creamy.
Spread the frosting over the slightly cooled cinnamon rolls and serve.
