Dumpling Sauce

This dumpling dipping sauce combines the flavuors of garlic, soy, and chilli oil with a hint of sweetness and acidity, making it the perfect complement to any type of dumpling. Whether you're enjoying steamed, boiled, or fried dumplings, this sauce adds a perfect kick. It's quick and easy to prepare, so you can easily whip it up fresh whenever needed.

Tip #1

Adjust Heat: You can adjust the heat level by increasing or decreasing the amount of chilli oil based on your preference. If you're sensitive to spice, start with less chilli oil and add more as needed.

Tip #2

Let it Sit: Allow the sauce to sit for a few minutes before serving to let the flavours meld together. This resting period helps the garlic infuse into the liquid, enhancing the overall taste.

Tip #3

Fresh Garlic: Use freshly minced garlic for the best flavour. Pre-minced garlic from a jar can be used in a pinch, but fresh garlic will give a more potent and fresher taste.
