Spicy Chicken Wrap
Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients
600g chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chilli flakes or powder
juice of 1 small lemon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 low-calorie tortilla wraps
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
For the spicy sauce:
3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with paprika, chilli flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden and thoroughly cooked, about 6-8 minutes in total flipping in between.
In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Warm the tortillas as per package instructions to make them pliable. Place shredded lettuce, sliced onion, diced tomatoes, and cooked chicken. Top with a layer of spicy sauce.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
